For someone who has a long term fictional this Senators one is great to have handy! I mirror the real MLB but I have no plans to ever move the Senators and this will be perfect for a future uni update after the real Senators were gone.

I love the Senators logo, and it sorta ties into a team I've been thinking of adding, the Chicago Lincolns. I've wanted a team named in historical fashion for a while now, I figured that one worked. Plus I wanted a second Chicago team!

Blue, black, and white all seem to fit, but I don't mind all that much.

Love these Senators uniforms, though I could have sworn the colorful one was on bottom and the classic one up top the first time I saw them. For some reason, the guy modelling the jerseys reminds me of Bobby from Supernatural.
Can't wait to see more of these, I'm planning a Golden Days league soon as we get a more complete set.

Brilliant work on these, as usual. So hard to pick out a favorite. Man, I got a league taking shape in my noggin, that Golden Days league I mentioned before. Getting all kinds of excited for that!

I'm sure this comment will get lost in the sea of all this beautiful work, but I wanted to take a post and say THANK YOU to knuckler and txranger. I'll be honest, this thread kept popping up as 'new' and I could never figure out why, as the title was simply a logo request, which we see all the time. Upon opening the thread and skimming a few pages, I have obviously opened up something that I should have months ago. The work you guys are putting in is more than appreciated, and extremely generous on your part.
Having said that, and if you haven't already, I might suggest setting up a PayPal donation link in both of your signatures. I can't speak for all users of the community, but I would gladly donate some greenbacks to those that help others and contribute to the fine community we have here, all without asking for a dime. Especially for such amazing work - I myself plan on using many of these logos and uniforms. Quite possibly the finest work I've seen to date...and I've been playing since it was Season Ticket 2003! |

Thanks for the kind words, guys. The feedback never gets lost and is always really encouraging and helpful. I can't speak for Tex but I would never take money for these (though it is kind of you to offer). I'm proud of most of the logos but there is still a lot that is amateurish about them.
It does mean a lot that you get use and enjoyment out of the logos and uniforms and is what this is all about. That's why it's really great getting the feedback or when someone like PW tells you about the history of their league. I just wish I could get to them faster. I'm toying with the idea of seeing what one of these would look like with an established date on it, possibly around the smaller icons at the bottom of the circle logos. I also wanted to see what people think about the colors for the Athletics. They were blue and white for the longest period of time but they also had red trim and even gold for one season I think. I think the gold and blue might prove a welcome change from so many red and blue teams but it might seem odd since they only used it for one season. Last edited by knuckler; 11-01-2012 at 12:31 PM. |

Oooohhhh! I like!! Can you try a mix of the top two: bottom (meaning Detroit Tigers on orange, etc) of the top one and top of the middle one (white background)?

Soxfan, glad you like the unis and the logos... I would not accept any money for what I do here... Just being able to enhance a great game and make it more enjoyable for others is payment enough... As always yours and others feedback is always welcomed... well looks like knuckler just posted more logos, so its back to work on a new jersey...

![]() I really love these logos though, most all of them. I can actually see them on the wall of a bedroom, like in My Three Sons, (that example just came so easily to mind). Amateurish or not, they have a great 'feel' to them, (if that makes any sense), and really spark my own creativity a lot.

The problem is the proliferation of stickies. I wonder if it is time that we separate the logo and photo postings into separate sub forums. I can't see getting rid of the current stickies but things like this thread should be stickied also and there just isn't enough real estate. What do you all think?
