I've always obsessed over logos in my leagues and have never been fully happy with them. I found this thread yesterday and have become completely obsessed with it.

For the past several hours I've downloaded Photoshop and have worked on the techniques used in this thread. At this point I am capable of just about everything that the major players in this thread are, mainly through deleting the text and pictures of the logos and simply using the shapes as templates.

The big questions I still have are how on earth do you guys find such clean miniature logos to put on your team logos (see the first pages of this thread for PRIME examples) AND what other sites can one use for beautiful fonts? I downloaded literally every font from Lost Type as I feel that is where the majority of the fonts used originate from.

I would post examples of my work but I really haven't completed any logos, just been practicing mimicking the techniques used by the logo creators in this thread. Thanks a ton for this thread, guys.

TX, I'm feverishly working to put together a century retrospective for my fictional league, and I'm hoping to spruce up some more of the teams. Can you help me out? Tops on the list are the storied "Freeport Patriots." Below are the cap and uniform. I'm actually quite happy with them (you made the jersey, I believe, for someone else). I think I mish-mashed another cap creation and cobbled the cap and uniform together. Now I need things streamlined a little bit so everything matches. To give you an idea, the team was established in 1871, and the year in the league is now 1987. I believe it was you who made a fantastic circular logo with the team's city and name on it, which was perfect for the era. Now I'm looking for something elegant and classy to match the times. Think Boston Red Sox (as much as I may dislike them). Thanks sir!

Hey bud I'm back again for a few things(for relocation, expansion and such down the line).

Here's the first one, Birmingham Barons.

Uniforms: I want them to mirror the White Sox uniforms here except where the home uni says "Sox" I'd like the "B" logo posted here. For the away jersey, replace the Chicago with Birmingham. The cap change the C to the same B

For the logo, I'd like it to look similar to this Bayouville logo except for a black and white color scheme and Birmingham instead of Bayouville.
Hopefully this is doable?

These next requests are mainly just logos. My league uses mainly the round logos featured here, unfortunately there are a few clubs that don't have them.

For the Indianapolis Indians, I'd really like this one, the only change would be from Cleveland to Indianapolis




For the Louisville Colonels and update of this would be perfect, same color scheme, just an updated logo.





For this one, just another name change from Omaha to Rochester

I am working on a complete set for the Federal League teams 1913 thru 1915... Hope to have that finished in the not so near future... I did work some on a league based on the HBO series "Game of Thrones"... Never really got to the unis, just made up the world_default, names, ethnicities files etc. Kinda got sidetracked and haven't worked on it in a while...

That's enough for now, back to thinkin...

First off, you never cease to amaze me, great work on the Barons. Now on to that other thing.....
Truthfully I didn't account for one small storyline item in my dynasty, MLB expansion. Being as MLB is occurring at the same time as my dynasty(story wise of course), whenever MLB expands Into our territories, I need to relocate. Well, after further review I realized nearly every club will need to move/fold at one time or another. So I need to be ready lol.
