For images published or offered for sale after 1963, public domain is more difficult to determine. Most of the post-1963 players are likely only available for purchase or from personal snapsohts.

Looking for an image of Bob Miller with the 1973 Tigers, and found this one posted years ago by Braves70 - when I look at it there's something too clean about it, particularly the jersey lettering - any thoughts as to whether this is a creation? If so, anything else of Miller with Detroit would be great.

The Miller image is legit and from the Vault.....they had another Miller Tigers image taken from the thighs up and the white undershirt is also in the same location.

From Chickazoola's list, my recollection is that this was a personal photo Lindstrom sent to me, so I think it passes the photo rights test.

Another Chickazoola request. Photo is from the 1947 Cleveland Indians Picture Pack, so it seems it meets the photo rights guidelines as not having been published after 1953.

A chickazoola request. This was an original image used for Marc Okkonen's book, 2000 CUPS OF COFFEE, which was a SABR Publication. Therefore, presumably it would pass the photo rights test.

A Chickazoola request. Photo comes from the Ottawa Citizen of July 12, 1940. Uniform is that of the Ottawa-Ogdensburg Senators of the Canadian-American League. Don't know if this photo rights guideline about not being published after 1953 applies to newspapers.

A Chickazoola request. I have a couple of Waters photos showing him in a Pirates uniform, but they are less likely to meet the photo rights guideline. This photo comes from the 1949 University of Southern Mississippi Yearbook, so it meets the criterion of not being published after 1953.
