How do I get the photos in the photo pack to appear in the game when I open it up and select a player?

I downloaded the pack from the OOTPmods.com site and copied it into the photos folder. I then copied and pasted the unzipped Players folder into the league folder's players folder, inside the html folder (which is inside the news folder).

WShen I open the game the photos do not appear. All I get is the generic head picture or the club logo.

???

Thanks for any help. I'm using OOTP11.
