There doesn't seem to be a facegen anywhere for Lawrence (f/ik/a Tom) Farley (farleto01 / farley001tom). Since Baseball Reference doesn't have a picture for him either, I'm going to guess there's nothing available, but figured I'd check with y'all anyway.

I’m the one who compiled that MLB ERA, and I can confirm your guess that no picture of him exists to create a FG—at least with the tools I have available. (Sometimes Lans can find something since he has access to more resources than I do.)

P.S. It’s possible that some players without an FG might be doable if they only played in the UA or PA, as I haven’t yet worked on those two short-lived leagues.

I just went back to the pic I used for Keith Hernandez and worked on it until I got the mustache removed (took a few iterations with the AI, shown is it mostly gone) then I used that to make him. The file has the suffix -cs for clean shaven. Also, here's Luis Peralta. I did him a while back and he is on-tap to be in the new pack I'll post over the long weekend upcoming.

Here's a go at the mustache-less Eric Soderholm for you, perc. Same suffix of -cs for clean-shaven added to the fg file name so it doesn't save atop the other one.

Thanks so much, Lans! My old computer took a dump, and I lost everything I had saved up with OOTP over the years, so slowly trying to rebuild. On the bright side, I bought a new computer, which supports OS 10.15, so I can finally play OOTP 25!

Would you Lans, or AESP, or anyone else have the old Perfect Team 20 Facegens Pack? The old link to it is dead. It had several players from the '60's and '70's pre-beard that worked for historical games.

Not me... I have deleted everything a long time ago (as most of the old FGs didn't have the good id anyway), so all I have is what Lans have in the pack and the ones I do for the pack... Sorry!

EDIT: I had the old CUF pack downloaded in my copy of OOTP21 which predates my making them. I emailed you the link. Good luck sorting through the old ones!

I thought I'd now spam the thread with some before's and after's. Most are from the past 50 years, including 2024 debuts. I did reach back and put my spin on a handful of earlier era facegens though. I'm playing a Random Debut game and if I have a player on my team or he's on the leaderboard at the end of the year, I'll stop and give them a try.

This update also includes some additional coaches/managers that justtxyank contributed and, as always, the latest from AESP_Pres. Thanks to everyone that has contributed to the pack over the years, those that download it and incorporate it into their games, and everyone that enjoys the historical side of OOTP. A special thanks to my family who let me work on my facegen tracking spreadsheets and do all the prep work required to get he uploads ready on a holiday.
