ISL (2009 Season) Has Potential Openings

Hello everyone, the ISL is currently looking to replace the Washington Nationals and St. Louis Cardinals. The Cards were the 2004 ISL Champions, but need a little work now. So we are looking for an owner that would be interested in rebuilding a team. It can be done, our Colorado owner took a team that lost 100 games into winning the ISL Championship 3 seasons after his debut.
The Nationals are a young team with a very solid minor league team. You can check out both teams by going to the website and clicking on the MAJOR LEAGUE link. Here are some features of the league:
