License Issues on New Computer

I've gotten a new computer and I cannot figure out how to get it licensed without repurchasing the game. I got the number off of the opening screen of my old game (starts with VT-and then a bunch of letters) and when I tried those letters the program rejected it.

I've sent emails to both the licensing company and OOTP but have gotten no assistance. My league is going into the offseason and if I cannot get my game running I will be at a significant disadvantage.

Does anyone have any advice?

You only get two licenses. You may have to unlicense one computer. I know there are threads out there about this.

Thank you. OOTP's assistant company has helped me solve this issue. Steve Cuffrey also sent me an email to help assist in contacting their helpers.
