Issue with 6.12 FA/MLC's?

We just recently ran our offseason FA in the MBBA. There were a bevy of guys who signed MLC's. Unfortunately, it appears that they all signed with Austin (first team alphabetically) even though they all got offers from a bunch of other clubs.

Anyone else aware of this?

This is just an observation and not necessarily a hard & fast rule in the game, but I have noticed (even pre-6.12) that it seems like MLC-accepting free agents will go with the last offer made them. When I offer a player a MLC in the middle of the FA period, he may come back about how another team made him a preferrable offer because of their better organization, then I offer again a MLC to him and he is back to favoring my offer. Perhaps Austin was the last team to make offers to those players.

We believe that gmo is correct. This has happened in the past as well.

Can anyone from OOTP confirm this? Or give some sort of feedback at all?

I also concur with gmo. However, I'm not sure exactly what order the game imports in. My guess would be by team ID#. However, if this were true, I doubt a team listed first alphabetically would win out since other teams with larger ID#s would have bids "after" that.
