Catobase Error

Hey, I need some help figuring out this problem with Catobase. I have been using Catobase for my Custom career for a while but I recently redid my hard drive and have some problems now. Well I have reinstalled Catobase and the MDAC 2.7 but when I try to open my Custom career's database I get a couple of errors. The first is "ActiveX component can't create object.". Then I get "Invalid procedure call or argument.". What's the problem? Did I download the wrong MDAC? or what? Thanks for any help.

BTW, I am using Catobase 6.1.4.

You reinstalled Cato in the proper sequence correct? 5.4--6.0--6.14? You have to apply them in that order or I know it wont work but I am not sure if it would produce those particular errors you mentioned in that case. I would try reinstalling cato first and seeing if that will fix it. Even if you did install it correctly trying a reinstall couldnt hurt.

What windows version are you using? I never had to install anything else in addition to Cato, Im running XP Home SP2.

Well I fixed the problem. I must have downloaded the wrong version of MDAC or something. I downloaded it again and installed it and now it works.
