Nothing Showing After Clicking on Top Minor Systems

For some reason whenever I click on anything in my solo league that would create the extra page, it doesn't come up anymore. Anyone know how I could fix this?

Well I got it to work by switching the browners to my own browser but I can't get it to work thru the OOTP Browser
