That's a server they use for patches/files--Look at the links for some of the others--or just go to ootpdevfiles.com/ootp if you want to take a look at the whole list they have there

(and i'd agree with sporr on waiting for the official announcement before installing or using........)

Welcome to the sixth OOTP 6 patch, version number 6.12! In order to install the
patch, simply unzip the new OOTP6.exe file into your OOTP 6 main folder, for example
C:\Program Files\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP6

NOTE: All online league team im/exports have to be made with version 6.12 to work properly!

The following things were fixed or enhanced:
- Fixed closer usage AI, increasing save totals
- Added an option to the simulate options (league schedule screen) to switch off saving box scores for all or for non-human teams
- Dixed DFA issues in online leagues, using auto-assign minor leagues
- Fixed rating wrap-around issue with creation modifiers speed and stealing
- Added OOTP 5 style CSV im- and export functions. This is useful for people who play with the traditional engine
- Fine-tuned unhappyness with playing time, too many players complained
- Fixed a bug that resulted in wrong AB scoring on a throwing error on the infield
- Free Promotion days can be scheduled now when you have no money available
- Minor Leaguers can now be put on the 60-day DL if they are on the 40 man roster
- Players cannot be moved directly from the active roster to the DFA area now
- Stuff/Control/Movement ratings are now reported in HTML reports in the same order as in in-game screens
- The player history now include salary increase through arbitration and contract extensions signed
- Fixed additional small bugs and glitches

While it very well may be THE patch which will officially release, I'd be reluctant to go too far with its implementation until it does announce here or on the home page. It may be the file in testing and may alter, who knows?

Nevertheless, I'm downloading it

if just for the readme. hehe

Because of this, all you online league peeps may wish to backup their 6.11 .exe in case your commish decides not to upgrade right away (happened to me last patch!).

The 6.12 patch has not been officially released. Without an official release, there may still be problems with the patch. Download at your own risk.

Even though an issue may indeed prove to exist in the actual release, this needs a thread of its own on the order of Premature Reactions to Unofficial Patch.
