What spells relief?
I'm doing my first career of playing every game and having quite a lot of fun. However I have one major problem, everytime I bring in a reliever, the other side gets a hit, as in batting 1.000 against me, and about half the time the hit is a home run. This creates a bit of a problem. I don't find any warmup or bullpen area to get the pitchers ready in. Is there some way to warm them up? Any help would be appreciated.

You can turn off the warmup rule if you want, in the manager select screen right before the game starts. I've never actually used the warmup rule though.

Well if it's on, you have to warm them up. Otherwise you just bring them in like pinch hitters. If your relievers are getting shelled with the rule off, they're just getting shelled.

Turn it on before the game starts. Then, when you're looking at your lineup to make changes, drag the pitchers to the area above the lineup.
