Looks good - although if you are making a logo for in-game use I'd suggest using a 150x150 canvas since that's what the game uses. Other general suggestions - liberal use of color/contrast. You can find some websites that will give you color families of complimentary and contrasting colors after you select a primary - remember google is your friend. I think I read somewhere that a rule of thumb when creating a logo is to use three colors - primary, secondary (contrast), and tertiary (complement to primary). Then spend some time at logoserver just looking at it for ideas. Some of the best logos are very simple designs - think of the cap logos for the Dodgers and Cardinals for example - very simple yet memorable and carry a classic, timeless appeal. Keep working - you certainly have talent.
