I am looking to join another league. However, I dont just want any ole league. This is what I am looking for

1. Use OOTP6
2. Use Catobase
3. A team with a serious problem. i.e., financial trouble, low winning %, poor farm system or any combination thereof.
4. A league that has been in existance for a long time (>5 seasons)
