Halofan might have a new roster project?

I was thinking of doing an independent league roster set as well as a foreign league roster set, like the Mexican League and Atlantic League or the Northern League, but i dont want to do it if there is no interest in anyone wanting to download it. LEt me know what you guys think about this. Now this set will be done from scratch just like my current players set so it will take some time so dont expect it for a while, but i wont even bother doing it if there is no interest

As the maker of CPBL roster set, I am always a big supporter for a more quirky roster project. Counted me in as one of the interested.

So what if not many people will download it? Well, I still think it's still comforting to know that you have made something unique and special.

By the way, is this a real-life roster set or fictional? I am guessing it's based on real-life, right?

Sounds like a great idea for a roster set, good to see you're looking across the border for your next project. I'm impressed with your latest MLB one, it's very indepth and detailed. I'm looking forward to see what you can do with other leagues.

I have been playing a set I've made based on the pacific coast league(oldtime) It is inspired by Tigerfans fictional franchise. Its alot of fun and has taken on a league personality all of its own. It started in the year 2000 but has the oldtime feel of the PCL. I have even made some player pics for the team I control (Hollywood Stars). I may be getting ahead of myself but I am wondering If this will all transfer to OOTP7.

The real life roster set of mine is of real players and is updated every 3-4 weeks. you can get the official one at my site although, it can be found other places apparently. I know Joe has it (OOTP Download Center) and i know that Baseball sim Central has it.

That is exactly why i wanted to do it.....looking across the borders of MLB....i recently came across alot of Independent league info from some friends of mine and it got me thinking about doing it.

All the roster stuff should transfer. in fact i think that Markus is working on that part of the game now, but i could be wrong

I'd be interested in a Frontier league file, if that's what you're thinking of when talking about independent leagues. I was thinking of putting together that sort of file myself.

Frontier League, Atlantic League, Central League, Northern League, Northeast League, and foreign leagues as well. Foreign leagues will be the toughest, but all the independent leagues will be done seperately.

I've toyed around with the idea of making like an all minors file with AAA becoming the new Majors and so on.

Ive been working on an independant league for myself, but a combination of all the leagues into one. If you need anything let me know, because I have done a lot of research and saved a bunch of rosters and stuff like that.
