I have been doing some searching but have not found too many real current or conclusive recomendations for the settings on these modifiers for my 2005 league I am starting. Recomendations?

Same question for Modifiers and AI

Edit - His settings aren't perfect but I'm just starting to run tests on them tonight/this morning for my own use.
