Post PAYROLL QUESTION

I've noticed the "rebalance payroll button" mentioned several times but saw no clear explanation as to its function. Also, I am assuming it shows up right after the amateur draft is completed but I'm not sure. I could not find it, but right now I am in the playoffs. What effect does it have both on a league with no salary cap and one with a salary cap?

I'm not sure what this does, but I would guess that maybe it redoes player salaries in order to balance the payrolls. This is just a guess and if nothing else at least I bumped your message to the top.
