Locked ratings of my league by stupidty

Hey all

I run the OBL and i locked my ratings system by stupidty. Anyone know how i can fix this?

A league file is sitting at http://outlawuniverse.net/obl/OOTP/obllg.zip

Try Pierre's utilities, but I have no idea if they will help or not.
