A few problems with scouts in online leagues.
In v3 a GM was able to fire/hire for the best scouts after each sim to see their players closer to true ratings. Now in v4 you can't fire/hire w/o a commish password. This is a good thing but problems still exist. A GM that has a below average scout has the advantage in trading because the other team can only see the player using that team's poor scout and can be misled. Solution: Have a password that you have to input when you open up the league file so you are only able to see all players' ratings using your scout. Any other ideas?

My advice would be to put more weight on the html player pages, the devel and injury pages, and the stats. Hopefully your online league keeps those pages up to date every sim .
