Minor league extension bug
I don't know if this has been mentioned before...
In an online league (www.netsportssimm.com), every player signed to a minor league extension still became a free agent during the next year (assuming they could become one). In one instance I signed a player to a MLE early in the year, but a injury called him up. He played well enough to stay on the active roster throughout the rest of the year (earning the league minimum) but when the year rolled over he became a free agent.. which obviously is impossible since he was 1: On my active roster, and 2: only 65 days into his service time. But the majority of the minor leaguers given MLE's haven't played in the majors before, but they all leave to FA... Just a heads up...

It's not a bug for most cases... It's by design... From the 6.10 readme:

Well that's one good thing to know, but doesn't it make minor league extensions utterly pointless?
Scott Giannone: This the player given a MLE early, called up in August, played out the season, stayed on the active roster as the year rolled over, but then became a free agent. Don't know if that helps any.
