Minimum of 1 All-Star per team....

I've noticed this since OOTP4 when I first started to play. There should be a minimum of 1 All-Star player per team. I have had a lot of teams/years where I haven't had any players make the game but in real baseball as all know, there's a minimum of 1 All-Star per team. I'd like to see this implemented in 7.

Personally, I am glad OOTP chooses to NOT select one person per team. I think it is stupid. It's like Affirmative action meets baseball. It's something that MLB should do away with and I am glad that OOTP already has.

I agree with the last post. One of the things I hate more and more about all star games is that there are undeserving players there when they shouldn't be and it's because of the 1 per team thing. I dislike that to no extent.

They should be the all stars not just the best from each team and then a few other great after that.

As someone who thinks the ASG is irrelevant in a free agency era and that they should get rid of it, I agree that the one player per team thing is kind of silly.

However, as long as it is in effect for MLB, it should be reflected in OOTP. While the game doesn't exactly mirror the rules of MLB, this is one I've never understood it not reflecting.

However, as far as priorities go, I wouldn't want Markus to waste too much time on it. As it is, I don't use the ASG in my leagues. On top of that, there's an editor if you care enough to use it. I'd put this issue very far down on the priority list, unless it's a quick and easy fix.
