Looking for a League....

Howdy,

I'm looking for a historical league that is currently between 1960 and 1975 (give or take.) I wouldn't be opposed to a waiting list. Feel free to contact me either on aim (Remangiii), e-mail (me@orioleshangover.com), PM, or by posting in this thread. Thanks in advance.

20th Century just finished the 1967 season (I believe). It's a fast sim league that goes through a season per week with a goal of simming 100 years of baseball. Two openings last I looked.

I looked at it. However, I wasn't sure of the practicality of joining since I have no chance of "winning" the challenge. But, I didn't realize openings exisited. It could still be enjoyable, I suppose.

It's still a lot of fun, plus we'll be adding more expansion teams. You could still win team of the decade or GM of the 1/4 century.

Plus, I think one of the teams open was a recent expansion team that is playing well now (the Los Angeles Angels)

Okay, I'll apply when I get my get computer back sometime next week.

(I could be still looking for another league, however.)

Check out FORT http://www.ourfamiglia.com/OOTP/FORT/

It is a great historical league currently in the 1958 offseason. The open team is the Kansas City Royals and they have plenty of talent to build around. The commish does a great job and it is a very active league.

Check it out!
