Can I compare 2 players side by side?
When I receive a trade offer, can I put up a split screen of Player A and Player B so I can easily see the stats of both players while I consider the offer?
I have tried to figure this out but haven't had much luck. Thank you in advance. |

No -- you need to play FM to do that. A much needed feature.

The only way I think you can do that is to open up one of the player's card in an external browser.

Draft Day Sports: Pro Basketball does this well on the trade screen if no one has seen it.

Great suggestion, and not just in trade situations. I'd like to see the ability to take any two players and see the line by line comparison.

The best you can do is bookmark each player's profile and switch back and forth.

You could also put both players on your shortlist and compare them that way. Of course, if you have a lot of players on your shortlist already that might not work as well.

I made this "the one new feature I would like to see added to OOTPBB2007"
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...=144824&page=2 post 37. I hope Markus reads it! Maybe battists will tug at Markus' ear a bit regarding this feature.

FM2007 does it very well. It has a menu "Compare to" and provides a list of recently viewed players. Then gives bar graphs for each attribute for each player. Pretty slick.

EHM 07 also has this feature. It allows you to compare personal stats (age, size, team, etc.), attributes, and stats. It even color coats the attributes, green for the one with a higher attribute, red for lower, and grey if they are the same. It's a great feature when looking at trades, as well as setting a line-up and promoting/demoting players.

There is a Player Comparison Tool in the latest builds that is super cool to compare ratings side by side.
