First off I have to say that OOTP does a better job than most big developers in there customer support. But this version of OOTP has not been handled very well. Promises were broken(head to head) and not having a manuel does not seem right to me. I dont know how hard it is to write but if you tell everyone to refer to the V5 manuel then just add to that one. It seem like other small developers have much better customer support. This may be because OOTP knows that they already have a loyal fan base and dont have to worry as much or the transfer to SI. I dont know and these are just my 2 cents. I have had OOTP since V4 and will continue to buy it but I just wish V6 was handled better. Feel free to trash my comments now.

"It seem like other small developers have much better customer support."

With the exception of one short period of time, which has been apologized for and which should be behind us, I couldn't disagree with that statement more.

I have seen a few problems since I started playing OOTP a few months ago, but overall I believe they have done a great job.

I'm not going to trash you -- but you guys need to layoff Markus about this H2H stuff. Haven't you ever in your life "bitten off a bit more than you could chew"??? Give Markus a break. He'll give us H2H someday and it will no doubt be a very well intergrated into the sim and work great. I agree, the manual should have been released by now. But tell me, what question about OOTP6 "ever goes unanswered" at this forum??? We don't really need a manual. We got this forum!

Finally, Markus' move to SI Games should be the best thing that ever happened to OOTP. I can't get back to my '58 season because I'm spending all my time playing "Football Manager 2005 Gold Demo" by SI. Best "sports text sim" in history!!! I'm convinced that OOTP7 will be unbelievable if Markus sticks with SI.

OOTP is not the only product I am not happy about I also bought ITP and Title Bout ( have no problems with Title Bout). I am glad to here that Football Manager 2005 is looking good.
