40 man roster removal loophole

I mentioned this around message 15 of this thread:
http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/boar...ad.php?t=76080

But I wanted to get it into the tech support forum since it really belongs here. Minor league players who are not out of options can be removed from the 40 man roster without using waivers via the following loophole:

Drag player from 40 man roster to the white box. The game will prompt to put the player on waivers and DFA him. Click yes. Then assign the player to the same minor league roster he was already on (back to AA if he was on AA before being DFA'ed, etc). Finally, remove the player from the waiver wire.

There is a "don't do it" workaround for this, but still.

Also, it's not really a bug, but the general consensus is that DFA should not be required to remove a minor league player from your 40 man roster. I'm not sure if that is behavior we're stuck with due to the way things are set up or not.
