9 logos needed for fictional league

Instead of posting each logo seperatly I'll do that in one thread now.
My league will consist of 10 teams and will start in 1897 to establish a different version of American beseball history.
Since it's gonna start in 1897 it would be great if the logos would look a bit ancient, which doesn't mean that they are supposed to be simple.

Here are the teams which are without a logo:

1. New York Silver Stars
2. Washington Continentals
3. Boston Mohawks
4. Kansas City Pioneers
5. Pittsburgh Mustangs
6. Vancouver Beavers
7. Buffalo Bullets
8. San Francisco Aces
9. Houston Scorpions

This is a important project for me and I'll make my league downloadable for solo play.

Here is a try for the Scorpions.

Just let me know if this is okay (Its a change of a logo that i did before, for myself)

Here's a Pioneers logo I did a while back. I modified the font to (hopefully) fit the time period.

Thanks a lot guys. I really like the Boston and Kansas logos. The Houston logo is a bit too modern but I will keep it and use it when my league advances to the modern time.
So it's seven more to go and with these logos this league will be something special.

Super work, pepeda...great colors, font, scorpion.

Outstanding, dbacks...fine colors, great font...really like the lacing touch on the Mohawk frame.

Excellent, Jeff...yours really fit 1897...fine in all respects.

Skywalker is really going to have some great logos...I really like his traditional nicknames....looking forward to seeing all of them.

Hi,

here comes a try for the Silverstars. Was not sure how to make it. After a long time i come up with this, don´t know if you like it.

Just let me know. And maybe someone could test if the colors are good to see in the game, too lazy for this ;-))

Great Pepe, once again exactly what I was looking for. Could you just adjust the colours a little bit so it won't appear so modern. Brown or a wooden colour would be great, since my legaue starts in 1897.
