Northwest League Logo Requests
The Northwest League is a solo league I'm slowly working up, based on the premise that the minor leagues broke away from the majors, and regional leagues using mid-level to marginal prospects have begun springing up. It's a 24-team league, and along with using fictional stadiums (a moment here to bow to the amazing talent of Teflon) I'd like to use fictional logos. I'm considering making this a dynasty thread, and maybe somewhere down the line an online league as well, so your work won't go unnoticed. I hope.
![]() Anyway, there are a number of logos I'd need, I'll just put up a handful and see what I get back before presuming too much on the community. EDIT: After the fine, fine work of pepeda and knuckler, I've edited the list to include all of those that I still need. Just one more! Pocatello Pinecones Thanks in advance!

It says Sounders instead of sounds, but I thought you might like it anyways,

Totally agree...excellent logos, knuckler.
Bashers is really creative...really like the script on Riverman, too. All are well done. |

One problem with the Port Angeles logo (which I like, both by itself and for the fact that it's based off the Portland Timbers logo)... the black around the tree comes up as transparent in OOTP. I don't suppose there's anyway you could fix that, or even tell me how to do it (I have Paint Shop Pro and access to Photoshop). It'd be much appreciated.
By the way, is this related to the "true black" thing I've read about in other threads?

Never mind. Answered my own question and fixed the problem.
I'm still looking for the Idaho Falls Spuds, Roseburg Rogues and Yakima Yaks, if/when someone has the time to tackle them. Some others I'm going to need include: Billings Bison Bend Volcanoes Boise Buckeroos Glacier Park Rangers Great Falls Explorers Helena Capitols I really appreciate the work people have done so far. It's a great community we have here.

I remembered during lunch that I read somewhere (here, I'm sure) that OOTP treats "true black" (0,0,0 RGB value) as transparent. So I went in to Paint Shop Pro, figured out how to use the color replacer tool, and changed all the 0,0,0 black to 5,5,5 "black". Voila. Problem solved.
I don't know if it's the "recommended" method, but hey... it worked.

Hey, sorry about the transparency issues. I hope you didn't mind me using the TImbers logo, it just seemed fitting. If I can find or thinkof something better, I'll revisit it. Here is Billings:

Mind? Not at all. I'm from Portland, so I thought it was particularly cool that you did use the Timbers logo.
![]() And no worries on the transparency issue. It taught me something about PSP, which is always useful. Billings looks great! You do sharp work.

As always, I don't mind if anyone takes these and makes them better.

Another two wonderful contributions, knuckler. Great Falls and Glacier Park are spot on the kind of thing I was hoping for.
