Western Hemisphere Baseball League has a single opening

The Ciudad Juarez Chupacabras. This is a team running mid-pack in the North American League this season. They'll need a little attention, but could be a contender as soon as next year. Mexico City and Austin are formidable foes, but can't keep the pace up forever.

Take a peek and see what you think. PM me, or register on the forums and post your interest.

Thanks!

-E

Crazy as it may sound, the team is now filled.

Thanks,

We once again have a single opening:

The Vancouver Owls

They finished third in a competitive North American League Western Division.

Hop on board now if you want to steer the team properly through the offseason. We're in the middle of the America's Cup (World Series) right now, but the offseason will start later this week.

Same drill as Ciudad Juarez. Post here, PM me, or register on the board and introduce yourself to claim the team.

Thanks!

-E

If you grab Vancouver, here's what you get:
  • Pitcher of the Year candidate Timothy Rogers.
  • A couple young studs on offense in James Holdworth and William Baxter.
  • A team that went 82-80 for the season.
  • Most of the best offensive players are 30 and under.
  • A pitching staff that that ranked 5th out of 16 in the North American League.
  • A team that turned a $5.8M profit.

The teams needs an influx of talent in the minors and the offense needs a little help.

Today is the deadline for contract extensions and there are a few players the Owls might want to keep; so, now would be a good time to jump.
