When creating a roster set, how is height entered?

The template I have lists the date in the height column. I was wondering how height is to be entered in that table. If I wanted a guy to be 6'0" would I enter it as 0600 or 72 or something along those lines. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Also can I format cells to say text? Will that have any impact on the game when I import the roster?

when you save the file as csv it converts to text anyway, so yes you can format cells to be text.

I believe height is entered as 6-1, 5-11, 6-4, etc...

Best to make that column text and then enter as above.

I have them formatted different because I was doing copy/paste, not entering fresh.
