Game will not maximize.. Ugh.

Normally I'd just ctrl alt delete and restart the game, but I was having a really good game and don't want to start over (cry) but when i cilick on OOTP it brings it up to the front (the color of the title of this window goes grey) but I can still see this window, although I can see the outline of OOTP. Does anyone have a fix/trick to bring the window where you can see it? Usually when I have this problem it's because I alt tabbed during a Y/N question and I can hit Y or N and it'll fix it, but not this time.

happens to me, too, but only during games.
