The zulu (large one with the African guy and white) needs to be resized. The indian (mohawk), I need changed from the pure black to something in-game useable.

Id do it myself, but Im computer illiterate (took me 10 minutes to figure out how to attach these)

im having problems with my photoshop.. i can't move the logo to a 150 x 150 surface, i don't know why.. if i resize it at 150 x 150 it doesn't look good.. coz it's not proportioned..
