Contract extension bug in 6.03
Since the thread that this was reported in before was unceremoniously closed, I'll report it again:
There is a contract extension bug in version 6.03. If you are trying to offer a free agent a contract in the middle of an existing season, then that player will reject the offer if it is the *exact* amount that he requested. For example, I right-click on a player in the FA screen and he replies "I would like $300,000 per year, for 1 years." I offer this to him. He replies: The amount of $ is not enough! Offering him $300,001 instead gets him to accept the offer. I have seen this and others have seen this. Hopefully it is a trivial fix and can get implemented in the next patch. No, this is not a "big issue," but that makes me all the more hopeful that it can be addressed with a minimum of fuss, and hopefully no threads will be closed as a result. |

same thing happens when throwing in cash for trades.
I made a deal last night that the other team wouldn't agree to if I asked for $400,000 additional, but they agreed to add $399,999. As stated, it's not a big deal, but it's there.
