Importing rookie classes

How does this work at the end of the season is it an option to import new players from a certain year or do you it manually and how do you get the players. Thank you

If you basically setup your historical league according to:

Then in the process of proceeding to the next season you will be asked a series of questions relating to this topic and you must respond.
