Newb needs a logo.

Hello logo buffs,

I'm looking for a logo for a new online league I have joined up and am looking for help from the logo gurus over here. My logo is really pretty simple, it would have a Puerto Rican flag in the backround (waving, or straight, doesn't matter. If you can make it look tattered or ripped like it's been around a while that'd be great, if not it's fine.) a dark skinned guy in the foreground lookin' angry with a generic baseball cap on (preferably blue).

It is a good idea to tell the designers the city name and nickname, if any.

They seem to respond better when you give them more details.

Well, the thing is I don't want the team name in my logo at all. What I've described is exactly what I want on my logo. But, if you want to know it's the Puerto Rico Seals (I plan to change that, I took over the team).

So basically my description is exactly what I'm lookin' for, honestly.
