Team to Rebuild for Rising from Ashes Dynasty

I'm post info about all the teams in the dynasty so far to help ya'll choose.

American League

Boston Red Sox
Total Record:1092-1178
Average Record:73-78
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and Pennants
Fan Interest:72
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Slighty above average
Analysis-This isn't really a team that needs rebuilding all they really need to do is spend some of their 41 million in free agency but if I was to call how long rebuilding would take 2 years top.

Chicago White Sox
Total Record:1242-1030
Average Record:83-69
World Series/Pennants:1 World Series and 4 Pennants
Fan Interest:99
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Good
Analysis-This team sure doesn't need rebuilding. They are years away from a rebuilding phrase. This team includes one of the youngest and strongest staffs in the game and the offense is anchored by Tris Speaker.

Cleveland Bronchos
Total Record:1052-1218
Average Record:70-81
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 0 Pennants
Fan Interest:58
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Almost Nonexistent
Analysis-This team need some serious rebuilding. They have a good pitching staff but who doesn't have one in this era. The problem with this team is they have no hitting and hitting is a rare thing in this era and good hitting is the thing that has helped teams win championships. With no hitting this could be one of the toughest challenges.

Detroit Tigers
Total Record:1237-1034
Average Record:82-69
World Series/Pennants:3 World Series and 4 Pennants
Fan Interest:69
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Slightly Above Average
Analysis-This is also a team that needs a good rebuilder in their organziation. They have better hitting then most teams so that should be able to hide their weak pitching staff but unless they get some good pitching while keeping their offense intact. Detriot could be reliving their glory days.

New York Yankees
Total Record:1212-1058
Average Record:81-71
World Series/Pennants:2 World Series and 4 Pennants
Fan Interest:86
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Great
Analysis-The Yankees are a good team that doesn't need rebuilding. They have one of the top offenses in the AL while their pitching staff is anchored by a 3 time Cy Young winner. And they have tons of money to spend in FA to make their team better.

Philadelphia Athletics
Total Record:1112-1158
Average Record:74-77
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 1 Pennants
Fan Interest:43
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Small
Analysis-This team got unlucky back in the day when they were in a bidding war with their crosstown rival. The Phils got the good players while the Athletics got overpriced underperforming players. That has made them one of the worst teams in the league with no strengths only holes.

St.Louis Browns
Total Record:994-1276
Average Record:66-85
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 1 Pennants
Fan Interest:41
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Almost Nonexistent
Analysis-This team had 1 cindrella season but if you forgot that season nothing but horrible finishes. The best season they've had besides that one cinderella was 75-79. This team has holes pratically everywhere and they have very little money to spend to bring this team to greatness. This franchise is gonna need a genius to bring the loyal fans a world series title.

Washington Senators
Total Record:1141-1130
Average Record:76-75
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 2 Pennants
Fan Interest:67
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Almost Nonexistent
Analysis-Washington is a team that has always tried to give their best for the fans and with 2 or 3 more stars they could be back in the world series and with a low payroll this could happen real soon.

National League

Boston Braves
Total Record:990-1280
Average Record:66-85
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 0 Pennants
Fan Interest:63
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Average
Analysis-Boston is a team that always underperformed and the fans are starting to get impatient with their teams performance and if the Red Sox win a title the Braves should just leave Boston. They have a good team and if they actually played up to their potential they could easily compete in the National League.

Brooklyn Robins
Total Record:1133-1138
Average Record:76-76
World Series/Pennants:1 World Series and 2 Pennants
Fan Interest:48
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Good
Analysis-Brooklyn I wouldn't say is in a rebuilding phase but they don't have the pitching to compete for a World Series title just yet. They have on of the top offenses in baseball but with no real big winners on the pitching staff. This team is a few years away.

Chicago Cubs
Total Record:1051-1219
Average Record:70-81
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 0 Pennants
Fan Interest:55
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Tiny
Analysis-The Cubs are moving into a new stadium and it has ivy in the outfield and the city of Chicago is starting to talk Cub baseball a rare site in the Windy city. With the top pitching staff in baseball this team could steal the spotlight off the Whitesox for awhile.

Cincinnati Reds
Total Record:1142-1128
Average Record:76-75
World Series/Pennants:1 World Series and 1 Pennants
Fan Interest:39
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Tiny
Analysis-The Reds have stunk up Ohio in the past few years. They have a good pitching staff but anchor one of the worst offenses in the league. This team needs to start winning or they can just pack their bags because I wouldn't see any fans watching them.

New York Giants
Total Record:1026-1245
Average Record:68-83
World Series/Pennants:0 World Series and 1 Pennants
Fan Interest:80
Fan Loyalty:Very Good
Team Market:Average
Analysis-A few years ago this would have been the toughest team to rebuild but then they signed Ty Cobb and haven't looked back. And with all their #1 picks being pitchers they anchor a pretty good staff. Now in New York more people are rooting for the Giants than the Yankees

Philadelphia Phillies
Total Record:1249-1021
Average Record:83-68
World Series/Pennants:1 World Series and 2 Pennants
Fan Interest:95
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Big
Analysis-Like I said earlier the Phillies got the best of the old brotherly love bidding war. They have been a top team in the National League every since. They have a good team all-around and won't be slowed down anytime soon and I see a few rings in the coming years.

Pittsburgh Pirates
Total Record:1307-964
Average Record:87-64
World Series/Pennants:5 World Series and 8 Pennants
Fan Interest:74
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Really Big
Analysis-This is the only dynasty so far and even though this team slowed down last year Pittsburgh is too good and rich to be held down for long. This team won't go into rebuilding and should be back on top soon.

St.Louis Cardinals
Total Record:1195-1076
Average Record:80-72
World Series/Pennants:1 World Series and 1 Pennants
Fan Interest:91
Fan Loyalty:Great
Team Market:Good
Analysis-This team is another NL crosstown rival being better than their AL counterpart. This team is going strong and just came off a World Series win and with a good team this could be the next dynasty

The 6 teams I cut from the Poll
St.Louis Cardinals-The WS Champs don't need rebuilding
New York Yankees-Like I would be the Yankees
Pittsburgh Pirates-5 WS and 8 Pennants doesn't really say rebuilding
Philadelphia Phillies-Too Strong of a team
New York Giants-Nice good team that ain't done winning rings
Chicago White Sox- The AL Version of the Pirates.

The rest of the teams are on the Poll and i'll take votes till monday.

Yeah, I voted for Cleveland too. I think you get the benefit of great fan support but an almost non-existent market will make it quite difficult. I think this provides a great challenge and a unique alternative to the teams that are commonly done in dynasties.

This is looking like a race between the Bronchos(Now Indians) and Browns.
