-- BMIL is in need of a competitive and active GM to fill the void left by an up and coming GM from the OOTP board that had to leave due to time restraints.. We offer live chat always, daily simulations, no need to own the game and a competitive balance for all GM's. If you are one of the those OOTP late night junkies who are always on late night checking the forum, or love to play OOTP daily, then this is definately the league for you and to join the rest of us.. The OOTP Forum GM Wibber made great strides in changing the way the Milwaukee franchise would compete in BMIL. In doing so he filled the minors with prospects to challenge for the division title and would be set with minor tinkering of Free Agents in a moderate period of time... In the past we never had to seek beyond the Internet Relay Chat network to find GM's, but the new forum guys have been so helpfull and talented that we can't turn our back from advertising here once again for another one of our openings. The Brewers are looking for someone who will be active on a near daily basis, and will participate in the league discussion with the rest of us and getting to know us. The atmosphere is what makes the league so successful. <b>Q: What do I need to do to join?</b> We operate on a very different system than most leagues. We run on IRC, Internet Relay Chat .. using the program mIRC , www.mirc.com . This is the main focal point of our league, all the information gets filtered through there. You must read www.bmil.net/faq.html and you must also be in the chat channel if you want any hope of participating in this fast paced and competitive league. If not, there is no point inquiring. We encourage all those to come check us out and the chat room and what we have to offer, the playoffs are underway right now. The play by play is being posted live while the GM's do test their managing abilities with pitching changes and splits and so on, its very exciting. The nickname bricktop` is the commissioner, and if you do not get responded to in the chat channel right away, do not get discouraged, feel free to chat with the other GM's and stick around and get to know us. Who knows if you prove your worth then the opportunity for the next time will be presented to you. We want the best there is to show face and history in other very competitive OOTP leagues is a must. The team is still available, we are still waiting on a response from someone who wants to step up from the forum and give it a go... hope to hear from that person soon!
