70s League with 2 openings

The Polyester Dreams league has 2 openings - Detroit and Baltimore.

The league is an alternate historical league assuming no expansion in 1969, carrying forward the two league, no divisional format of 1962-68. We've just completed our fifth season (1973) of play and are getting ready for our 1974 pre-season.

Some of the pertinent info on the league:

- non financial league
- we do a 25-man protection list and free agent draft each season
- each season we allow teams to draft one rookie from their MLB counterpart's actual rookie crop as a franchise pick.
- we sim Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week, 7 or 8 gamedays per sim (we do a month every 4 sims)
- the league has a solid core group of knowledgeable and active GMs who have been with the league since the start

We've filled the Tigers opening, but the Orioles (a very fine team with lots of talent) remain available.

Just a friendly bump as Baltimore still needs an owner heading into 1974.
