Teams Can Move Players Betw. Majors/Minors During World Series?

The Yanks sent a player down to AAA on 10/2 and promoted another guy to the majors. See the last transaction in this link

But as you see in this link, the WS did not end until 10/5.

Teams should not be allowed those kinds of transactions during the WS. However, I would support the option of making such transactions betw. the LCS and WS. I believe RL teams can do that.

I wonder if this is allowed as a fix for not being able to promote someone from the minors if someone gets injured. I know one time I had 2 of my starters go on the DL during the playoffs, but because I was not allowed to replace them on the roster, I was 2 pitchers down for the rest of the playoffs, including the World Series. I should have been allowed to replace them on the roster, but could not even though I placed them on the DL. This the fix?
