Team's save leader...and wins leader?
I drafted an amazing closer, David Owens, who began his career in the majors at the early age of 20. He has had pretty "normal" career going...aquiring 55 saves in one season. Then he did something odd when he turned 30, he led the team in both saves AND wins! He racked up 28 saves and 13 wins. I've never seen this before.

My favorite OOTP statistic of all time is and always will be Jorge Julio 's 3-18 record - AS A CLOSER. The kid didn't start a single game, but was closing in on 20 losses before the owner shelved him out of pity.

Strange, a couple of seasons later and Owens leads his team AGAIN in wins and saves. Last place Dallas got 11 wins, 11 losses and 26 saves from Owens. Yet there are two high quality(5 star) starters on the team. I suppose the low offense is causing tie games to be decided by Owens.
