My online league is set to 90 Million and that seems to work great for us. I am considering using it in my solo league also.

I also have used $90 million and am two seasons into it and it seems to be working well.

It depends on what era you are in, and the average player salary. Check the list of team salaries in the financial report (news section). What's the highest set at? I have a solo league where it's at $95M. This is more than enough for the league (although I can just hear George cursing at me).

for those using the cap, do the big market teams spend up to the legal limit like the NFL?
