NABA - 2 Openings Heading into the 2007 Season! - Cubs and Phils!

The NABA has 2 open teams as we head into the 2007 season.

The Chicago Cubs! and the Philadelphia Phillies have both come open.

We just crowned our 4th different champion in 4 seasons, having the Twins join the A's, Braves, and Astros as former champions.

We started this league last June with 2003 rosters, and are using the OOTP5 engine currently. Because 6 is so new, we are likley going to hold off on moving to 6 until after we finish this next season.

Basic things to know about the NABA...

We require that owners own the game, so in this case OOTP5.

We sim 3 times per week, at 10 days a sim.

We have a post world series trade "sim" on Thursday, the 22nd of April, and then begin the FA period on Sunday night, the 25th of April.

kewl d3wdz need not apply.

We still have the Cubbies and the Phillies open.

FA Starts on Sunday....

And if you join now, you can open up some room on your teams payroll for FA by making a deal before tomorrows trade "sim".

This league is awesome. The commish is very active with live sims in a chat room. Very active owners as well. One of my favorite leagues!!!!

This is a great league get in while you can. This is my 3rd season in the league and I have no regrets. Matt is a great commish and makes it alot of fun for us owners. You won't be disappointed so join and see what this league is all about

Looking for a league? NABA is one of the best.... the live sims are great and we usually have atleast half the league present. You won`t find a better commish than Matt!

This is a great league one of the best I've been in! A very strong owner base and Matt does a really good job running things, definatly a good time had by all in the NABA! We really need a Cubs owner, without one Bornac might be able to call himself the best team in Chicago!

a good league is one where everything runs as scheduled and the commissioner keeps everyone informed on a regular basis as to what is going on in the league- naba is one of the best in that respect. this is a very well- run league with a great commissioner and very active owners.
