problem installing the game

i bought the game last night, tried to download it and it gets to about 70-80% done and then a message like this follows:

could not intialize installation file size=25000000 size detected 17000000.

im not computer savvy, but i think i have all the correct system requirements and space available on the computer.

it anybody can point me in a correct direction, please let me know

The only suggestion I would have is to reboot and try again. It isn't anything to do with the file I don't think.

just tried again and here is the exact message:

could not initialize istallation. file size expected=25085602. Size returned=13107163.

i cannot use the download button on the order page, so i am using the links that they say to use when the download button does not work.

Are you trying to d/l using aol? Try getting the program http://www.getright.com and see if it helps.
