You can actually use OOTP5 skins in 6, but I have yet to try playing a game with one.

Even in OOTP5, I never did find a pirates skin. I have looked a little bit but cant find one.

I never found a Orioles one, so I'm making one myself. I guess that's the problem when you're not a fan of one the commercial clubs.
