Odd 'folder' problem?

I've asked on the forums about help with rosters and league files, and each time, I'm told to do something that has to do with "xxxxx.lg" folder, or something like that. However, I haven't been able to find a single folder or anything similar to that. Any idea how this could've come about and how do I fix it? All I'm really trying to do is get a good roster set....

Do you have file extensions turned on in Windows Explorer? If so, all of your leagues will be in your .../OOTP 6/ directory with the .lg extension on them.
