My scout sits on a teeter totter

Thought I'd post this; thought it was funny.

I am starting a historical league 1979; and am the Detroit Tigers.

My scout has this to say about Dan Petry :

Dan Petry doesn't have the stuff or control to pitch in the bigs. He could fare pretty well against big league hitters right now. Dan is just a pitch away from becoming a dominant hurler.

Make up your mind !
