Im looking for a place with free webspace (or dirt cheap) since I really dont have any extra money for a league right now but have been wanting to start one for a while.

I'm going to recommend Joe's www.allin1websolutions.com simply because Joe has to have some of the best service around. I mean... he's dealing with my incompetance with a great level of help and he hasn't even complained! Certainly worth the money i'm paying.
