Could the soccer promotion/relegation system and transfer financial engine be transferred from CM to OOTP? In the real world, promotion/relegation is a better system than monopolies that blackmail cities to build stadiums for them. I've also seen occassional postings trying to figure out how to work promotion/relegation into OOTP. Is there any chance this system might be an option for OOTP 7 or 8 or 9?
