quick question about licenses

i bought ootp5 formy desktop about 5 months ago..i since have put it onto my laptop, and would like to put it on my other laptop...but imout of licenses it says? Anyway i can go around this without completely buying the game again>

Only 2 active licenses at a time per purchase, you either have to "unlicense" on of the copies(or get elicense to do it) or purchase an additional copy of the game.

I used to live in Bloomington, BTW.
