Making Off Season Dates Adjustable

This isn't a huge thing, just a minor annoyance for those of us that really like to create realistic leagues during realistic times of year. I have an Arena league that only plays 80 games and when I first developed it I wanted to have it run from January through March as a warmup to the MLB season. Sadly, the game won't support this, as it is set up to have the Coach/Scouts hiring and FA period starting in early February. So the schedule gets all whacky when you try to have leagues with seasons ongoing during what would normally be preseason. It would be nice to have the option to manually adjust start dates for certain off season events to accomodate leagues that start at different times of year.
