Do these things affect player performance?
1) warming up pitchers in the bullpen
2) managers getting ejected just curious... I had a pitcher getting shelled in the first inning of a recent game... I started warming up someone in the bullpen and he settled down after that... didn't know if he "felt the pressure" of seeing that he may get lifted and started performing better... Also wondering if a manager getting tossed "fires up" a team or possibly deflates them... |

That would be neat if they both affected the team in a very small amount. Like a little boost.

Well, it could also affect the team or player negatively. Say the starter sees the bullpen get active and his confidence takes a nosedive.
